ABOUT COACH JACK:

Hi, I’m Jack. I’m a personal trainer and senior exercise specialist who works one on one with older adults to help them stay strong, steady, and confident as they age.

My coaching style is calm, supportive, and personalized. I focus on building real world strength that helps with things like getting up from a chair, climbing stairs, and moving through daily life with more confidence.

Every client is different, which is why I take the time to understand your goals, health history, and comfort level before we begin. Sessions are designed to feel safe, approachable, and effective, no matter your starting point.

My goal is simple. I want to help you feel stronger and more confident so you can keep doing the things you enjoy and maintain your independence.
