Musician Comedian who has performed all over the world
for world leaders and celebrities
Jim Krzewski, aka Jim Cruise, “The Spoon Man” will be at Northport Highlands on Thursday, November 21st at 4 p.m. He offers hilarious interactive comedy program for people of all ages.
Krzewski grew up in Kentwood, and has been playing the spoons for nearly 35 years, professionally for 24 years. His program contains some Sinatra and several outrageous impressions such as Glen Miller and Elvis combined. An audience sing-a-long competition as well as a Mountain Band created from audience members are all part of his act. He promises audience members an opportunity to get “spooned.” He has trademarked the word “spooned” and has it on his license plate
Both of Jim’s grandfathers played spoons and although he initially wanted to play drums, he ended up with spoons. He was encouraged to continue when his fourth grade teacher, Mr. Phillips, told him ‘you’re good at that.’ He is married and has five children.
Refreshments will be served.
